Неа. Реальная причина, по которой создаётся игра, как уже было сказано выше, - это деньги. А вот уже после принятия решения делать эту самую игру и выделения средств на её создание шёл разговор про поджанр для этой игры, т.е. не пошаговую JRPG, как прошлые проекты студии, а JRPG с реалтаймовой боёвкой, о чём и было сказано выше на английском языке.

Это классическая путанница причины и следствия.

When Tokyo RPG Factory started and I heard they were making a new series of classical RPGs, I thought: “Well, well, sounds like you guys are getting into something interesting.” For a long time we worked together on some of the stuff for Chrono Trigger and also consulted on other projects, but I thought this time I would properly meddle in their plans! (laughs)

When you compare them to movies and manga, I don’t think games have that same feeling of excitement. So we can create that feeling of excitement in the boss battles and elsewhere in the game, we have to include sections that go against what he player expects. Then we have to decide how far we want that feeling of unpredictability to go.

Traditional games didn’t have the expressive power that they do today, so those more serious episodes just didn’t feel all that real. But sometimes the player could bring those images to life with their imagination and those sorts of mental pictures stayed with them. Because nowadays it’s not like we are trying to express everything through images – we can go ahead and keep making more and more of those impactful episodes. For sure what we really want to create is a work that will emotionally affect the player and also stay with them afterwards.

Главный вопрос в другом: будет ли в японской версии английский язык? Потому что на западе игра выйдет только в цифре (пока такая информация), а я если и буду брать, то на карике.

Lobelia

Leo

- with his blind faith in the sovereign, Leo takes upon an antagonistic position against the Watchers

Shifting between two worlds
- the world in the game is split into two planes, the Living World and the Beyond
- Watchers can go into both worlds at their own will,
- the first time the Watchers visit certain parts of the Beyond, it will be masked in darkness, making it hard to fight
- by defeating certain enemies that are linked to the Beyond, they will be able to return the Beyond to an explorable state
- the two worlds have different rules
- the Living World objects are breakable and can be interacted with

- some places will require you to pass over in the Living World, as things like levers don’t function in the Beyond

- the Beyond also has "spacequakes" that warp Kagachi to places unreachable in the Living World
- the ‘Rules of the Beyond’ can affect battle by causing various conditions to impact both Kagachi and the enemies.
- one Rule makes every attack becomes a critical hit
- the Watchers have the ability to detect the presence of lost souls wandering around with lingering regrets
- their task is to guide them back towards reincarnation by helping solve the reasons for their lingering will
- there will be encounters with Daemons awaiting Kagachi, who will lend their power to turn the tide in his favor
- you are able to quick travel between areas in a world that you have been to
