Так она изначально представляла из себя набор из 6 мини-игр. Причем игр от инди студий.

Скучновато смотрится, не того ожидал от игры. Можно конечно запилить аркаду, но блин, можно это сделать круто. К примеру Sacred Citadel спинофф всем известной экшн рпг серии, вполне смог в аркадный бит эм ап с затягивающим геймплеем.

В последнем интервью Суда рассказал, что игра готова на 30%:

The conversation eventually moves on from those works to Suda51's own project, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes. He says the project is about 30% complete right now, and he's putting his all into it. He again makes it clear that this game is indie-focused, and not a direct sequel to the No More Heroes franchise. Suda51's goal was to challenge himself and take on something that was outside of his usual scope. He's considering the whole game a bit of an experiment. Hopefully fans end up liking the results!

- these take place outside of the action stages
- these will feature both Travis Touchdown and his rival Badman
- the sequences focus on their efforts to search the real world for more games to bring back to their Death Drive Mark 2 console
- only by finding these games will Travis and Badman be able to enter another action level a
- the story will be "completely different" depending on which of the two you're playing as
- Suda51 wants to ask Silver Case collaborator Masahi Ooka to help him write the story sequences for these parts
- Mr. Ooka actually didn't know Suda51 wanted to work with him on these features until this very interview took place
- Suda51's loose plan is to write Travis's narrative himself, and to ask Ooka to write Badman's side

Немного новых подробностей:

- Travis has four special abilities that run on a cooldown
- he can fire projectiles out of melee swipes
- Badman is able to heal
- you can build up a meter through combat to unleash combo attacks
- the top-down hack-and-slash action is roughly 50% of the game
- the other 50% is filled with a racing game, a puzzle action game, and a side-scrolling game
- you're always inside the game, but you're able to choose the cartridge or game you want to play from inside it
- there are six games in the Death Drive machine, which is part of the story
- the final 7th stage remains a secret for now
- the only motion control feature is when you're charging up your beam saber
- there are certain special moves at the very end that use motion as well, but details on those are being kept secret

While Grasshopper Manufacture will self-publish Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe will be distribute the physical edition.

The physical edition will include the Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes Season Pass. While Grasshopper Manufacture could not speak to the specific contents of the Season Pass at this time, it did confirm to Gematsu that it will include an content such as an additional character, adventure scenario, and stage. More information will be announced at a later date.
