Divinity: Original Sin II Definitive Edition

В eShop стала доступна Divinity: Original Sin II Definitive Edition. Самое занятное — синхронизация сохранений со Steam-версией. По трейлеру кажется, что графику порезали, но на скринах вроде всё хорошо.

I've seen a lot of people asking about performance before buying, wanted to share my experience and see if anyone has anything to add. I have completed this game on PC and bought the Switch version last night.

Graphics downgrade: both models and textures look lower res and blurrier than on PC. Doesn't look bad, just not as good, which should be expected.

Sound does not seem to have been downgraded at all. Or at least I can't hear any difference, using both Bose and Sennheiser headphones. I was really happy about this, the OST is fantastic.

I have not seen any FPS dips, performance seems good. I've seen a few others say this too, but then again we're all early and have not seen much of the game. Still, this game is turn based so they would need to be severe to really disrupt anything.

I do not see any option for couch co op. I think a lot of people expected it, as all other platforms support it, but menu gives the option to choose single player or online.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, there are a handful of mods included....I did not expect to see that. They're official ones from Larian, and there's only a few (I think 6-8? I'm not playing anymore), but you can manipulate things like Action Points if you want to.

Text looked fine to me, even in handheld, but I've seen people complain about other games that didn't bother me so I might not be the best judge.

Overall I thought the game looked slightly better in handheld.

Endless Runner
Find a new icon in your Hotbar which you can use to toggle sprint on and off. Sprint increases your movement speed of your party and the movement speed of your followers.

Animal Empathy
Allows all player characters to talk to animals without having to spend a talent point. Also Changes Pet Pal talent to grant maximum positive attitude in all conversations with animals.

Fort Joy Magic Mirror
Manifests a Magic Mirror in the Arena of Fort Joy, along with a new Character Creation level. This allows you to respec before moving on to the next act of the game.

8 Action Points
Increases the base maximum Action Points of hero characters to 8.

Herb Gardens
Plant your own herb garden! Take any herb and combine it with a bucket to create a seedling. Then just place your seedling in the ground and watch it grow.
