Я работаю в подборе персонала и у меня сейчас есть позиция в одной из топовых компаний видеоигровой индустрии (название к сожалению, не могу назвать напрямую, но это одна из: sony, microsoft, nintendo, sega).

Ищу финансового контролёра. Думаю, Вы понимаете почему решил кинуть клич тут. Компания хочет человека, который помимо нижеперечисленных скиллов ещё и обладает большой любовью к видеоиграм.

DUTIES:

• Monthly Preparation and Analysis of Sales: Client performance, Sales & Gross Margin Calculations
• Monthly Preparation of Cash Flow Analysis and Forecast Update
• Monthly Analysis of actual costs vs Budget
• Monthly Preparation of P&L
• Monthly Preparation of Inventory Report
• Control of Invoices amount vs Budget before Payment
• Preparation of monthly intercompany recharges to NOE;
• Reconciliation Between RAs and IFRS for Company’s P&L and Balance Sheet
• Calculation of any quarter-end accruals & provisions or deferred expense items
• Participation in the Company’s initial budget and monthly forecasts preparation
• Update of business plans;
• Analysis and assessment of the Company’s financial activity in short-, medium- and long-term perspective;
• Tracking legislation and market changes in order to actualize financial analysis data;
• Assessment of financial risks of the Company’s activity;


SKILLS REQUIRED:

Critical Skills:

• Full and complete knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Excellent organisational, motivational and lateral thinking skills
• Degree educated
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A strategic thinker able to see the bigger picture but still able to implement and consider day to day aspects
• Able to communicate at all levels within the organisation and to key 3rd parties
• Have a demonstrable interest in computer games / entertainment
• Pro-active, able to work under pressure and multi-task
• Able to work as part of a team
• Excellent at decision-making

Technical Skills:

• Fluent or Native Russian
• Very Strong level in Excel 2016 with knowledge of advance formulas to retreat and manage data
• Full and complete knowledge of 1C 8.3 Module: Accounting & UT (Sales Management)
• Fluent in English (both oral and written) Mandatory as constantly in communication with HQ

Experience:

• 5 years solid experience as a Financial Controller / Senior Auditor
