But your site is very great. I'am looking for the Links to teh Romz. I only see the News about the Romz but nor DL. Can you explain me how i can download our Romz?

I Don't ask @ Romz. Only where i can find the Romz in the News! Last year i can download the Romz direct on the starpage.

Those times are over. Direct downloads were meant for Russians only. And when too many foreighn guys tried to download ROMs, administrators of GBX.RU decided to completely remove all ROM links from site. Tough luck for you.

It's the issue of who will pay for it, mainly. AFAIK, most hostings allow free or cheaper site traffic if it has russian visitors, but the payments for foreign traffic (i.e. when foreigners d/l something off your site) are higher and, thus, make the site expensive. Not a pleasant thing, y'know.
That was one explanation. There's also another
This site is aimed at russian-speakers. Since about 65% of russian-speakers in the world live in Russia, it would sound wise to limit access to it for others simply because they would clog up all the bandwidth for themselves and leave little to no bandwidth for poor little Russians.
And, finally, maybe the site admins simply don't like foreigners?

It's not the question of nationality. There is no discrimination on GBX and there are people from many countries - check the flags under their names. Though roms here are ment for community, not the people who come to download then just get away. Isn't it fair? If You wanna be one of us - then welcome, but most users here speak Russian only.

No i understan the problem! It is realy sad but it is OK if i see this so
